Mushroom soup with lane noodles

Mushroom soup is one of the most traditional Christmas Eve and festive dishes. Ours is made with an aromatic poultry and beef broth with vegetables - carrot, celeriac and parsley root - which gives it depth and natural sweetness. The key ingredient is wild mushrooms: bay boletes, slippery jacks and porcini, which add the intense aroma of the forest and a distinctive character.

The soup is finished with hand-made lane noodles (poured batter noodles), which make it filling and even more homely. Traditional ingredients and simplicity make mushroom soup with lane noodles a must on the Christmas table.

Perfect as a first course at Christmas Eve supper, or as a warming meal on the festive days. The taste of childhood, of getting together and of Christmas, sealed in a jar.
