If you wonder what goes best with traditional borscht, there is only one answer: uszka with cabbage and mushrooms. Ours are made by hand from thin, delicate dough, with a filling of cabbage and aromatic wild mushrooms. It is a taste that brings back memories of family Christmas Eves at once.

Their rich aroma and traditional character mean that uszka not only go perfectly with borscht, but are also one of the most important symbols of the Christmas Eve supper. This is a dish that belongs on every festive table.
